: All animal activites were performed following the guidelines of the Polish Council for Animal Care (Act on the Protection of Animals Used for Scientific or Educational Purposes in Poland adopted on 15th January 2015 and according to earlier regulations) and are conventional practices for animal health assessment and monitoring.The experiment was conducted on a commercial dairy farm, which is placed in Wielkopolska (Poland). During the study, the Authors used only blood samples, which were collected during standard veterinary activities. The owner of the herd knew about these activities, as well as was informed about the aim, and methods used in the study, and gave written permission for the use of the cows’ blood samples in this study. Authors have received verbal consent from the slaughterhouse owner; all tissues were obtained from the animals’ after the routine killed process. All reported methods are in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines.
