: All procedures in the present study were performed in accordance with the principles of the European Union and Polish Law on Animal Protection. All applicable institutional guidelines for the care and use of animals were followed. The experimental procedures carried out in this study were approved by the 2nd Local Ethical Committee for Animal Experiments at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. The study was carried out in compliance with the Animal Research: Reporting of in Vivo Experiments (ARRIVE) guidelines. Samples were collected during routine culling of animals from the breeding herd, which does not require approval of Committee for Ethics. The animals used for the Manuscript were legally in accordance with the polish and EU law (Dz. U. 2015 poz. 266 and 2010–63-EU directive).The RCI device used in the experiment is certified by the National Institute of Public Health—National Institute of Hygiene (NIPH-NIH) (the main governmental public health research institute and the reference centre for the national network of sanitary-epidemiological service) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (Est. Reg. No. 087327-VA-001). The RCI system is approved for use in the presence of animals and people, without adverse health effects. It is used in hospitals, schools, nursery schools, and other public places. RCIs have long been used in the food industry and public buildings.
