: A sampling of animals was approved by the ethical committee of the National Veterinary School of sidi thabet Tunisia (reference number 48 CNVZ 2022). Animals handling was performed following the guidelines of the guiding principles for biomedical research involving animals.The sheep owners were aware of the objectives of the study. An informed consent was obtained from all animals owners. Animals were sampled after their permission and in their presence. Blood samples from sheep were collected by veterinarians according to the good practices of veterinary medicine.
