: This research gained ethical approval from the local ethics committee (the College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences, University of Glasgow). The study was performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Participants were provided with a Participant Information and Consent Form at the start of the survey explaining that continuing with the survey implied they consented to the data being collected and used as described; thus, informed consent was obtained before commencing the survey. The survey was anonymous, and no personal data were collected. Participants could disclose their e-mail addresses once the survey was submitted to participate in a prize draw; this data was not linked to survey responses.
