: This study was approved and conducted under the supervision by Ethics Committee of Harbin Veterinary Research Institute (HVRI) of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS, Harbin, China) (approval number SY-2020-MI-123), and performed accordingly. This study was performed in accordance with the recommendations in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals of Beijing Kemufeng Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd (approval number DW202003-010), and it was carried out in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines. Samples were collected only from animals for laboratory analyses, avoiding unnecessary pain and suffering of the animals. The owners gave their written consent for sample collection, and the locations where we sampled are not privately owned or protected in any way. The studies did not involve endangered or protected species.
