: The samples used in this study were de-identified DNA samples from CHLA patients; 33 of the samples were used for validation of our Clinical Exome Sequencing (CES) test. They are stored at the CHLA Pediatric Research Biorepository, which has granted the institutional waiver of consent for research purposes.
