: The current study project, “The Study of Human Genetic Disorders in Pakistani Families” was conducted according to the regulations of the Institutional Review Board of the School of Life Sciences, Central South University, and the Ethical Review Board of Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. This study was submitted to and approved by the Ethical Review Board of Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. Written informed consent was obtained from the family elders/guardians with the approval of the Ethical Review Board of Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad.
