: Approval to conduct the study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Saint Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon. Administrative permissions were also granted from the Medical director of HDF in order to access clinical patient data. Verbal informed consents were obtained from patients after the approval of the Ethics Committee of Saint Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon. Verbal informed consent was the preferred option for this study since it was easier and less time consuming for the team and the patient to obtain consent and information over the phone rather than having every patient come to the hospital. Detailed information of the study was given over the phone, every patient had the ability to comprehend the study and was able to reason and make one’s own decision. The verbal informed consent of the patients was documented clearly in an excel sheet. Based on that, consent was obtained from all patients.Patients’ names were assigned specific codes that were only recognized by the researchers involved in this study, in order to ensure the anonymity and the confidentiality of the data.
