: The project has been classified as a quality assurance audit according to the recommendations given in "Guide for Research Ethics Committee Members" by the Steering Committee on Bioethics (Council of Europe, April 2012). These recommendations are also used by REK, the Regional Ethical Committee (ExternalRef removed). Evaluation by the local ethics committee is therefore not required. The patients have given written consent to do the diagnostic genetic testing. The Department of Medical Genetics, St. Olavs Hospital has evaluated the use of the data from the genetic testing with respect to anonymity and concluded that the CNV-results listed in the manuscript are anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual patients.
