: All participants provided written informed consent and the study was approved by the local research ethics boards of hospitals affiliated with the University of Toronto (the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and University Health Network) where participants were ascertained (e.g., the Dalglish Family 22q Clinic at the Toronto General Hospital), with referrals originating from generalists and specialists. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
