: All experiments involving animals were in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Committee (IACUC), which is accredited by the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International, China and Experimental Animal Committee of the Chongqing Medical University (license number: SYXK (Yu) 2017–0012). Use of peripheral blood samples of Children were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (permit number: 2018–148), and legal guardians offered written informed consent to participate in the study before the children were enrolled. All procedures were performed in accordance with approved guidelines and obey the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
