: To isolate primary human tracheobronchial epithelial cells, we obtained human trachea from de-identified organ donors whose lungs were not suitable for transplantation and were donated for medical research through the International Institute for the Advancement of Medicine (Edison, NJ), or Donor Alliance of Colorado.
