Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants followed the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and the Helsinki declaration of 1964 and its later amendments, or other comparable ethical standards. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Southern Medical University, Nanfang Hospital. All the participants were informed of the procedures and signed written informed consent. All participants provided written, informed consent, and the study was approved by The ethics committee of The Nanfang hospital of Southern Medical University gave approval to the study and each participant gave a written consent that was informed prior to the study. Each animal experiment adhered strictly to the guidelines of Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, as specified by the Policy of Southern Medical University. Procedures involving animals and their care were conducted in conformity with national and international laws and policies (European Economic Community Council Directive 86/609, OJ L 358, 1, December 12, 1987; Italian Legislative Decree 116/92, Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana no. 40, February 18, 1992; National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, National Institutes of Health Publication no. 85-23, 1985). Animal care and experiment were all approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the Laboratory Animal Research Center in Southern Medical University.
