: Written informed consents were signed by all participating patients. The experiments for human tissue samples were approved by Ethic Committee of Affiliated Hospital of the Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and performed in line with the <i>Declaration of Helsinki</i>. The experiments involved animals were conducted in compliance with the Guide for for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals issued by National Institute of Health. Great efforts were made to minimize the number and suffering of animals.
