Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study is part of a larger study for which ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Group of the Centro de Investigação em Saúde de Manhiça, the Ministry of Health National Bioethics Committee of Mozambique (IRB00002657), and the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona Ethics Review Committee. Written and verbal informed consents were obtained from participants before the start of the discussion. The verbal consent to participate was audio-recorded in all FGDs. Participants anonymity and confidentiality were guaranteed throughout the research process.
