: The PRISM program included three concurrent dynamic cohort studies in settings with varying malaria parasite transmission intensities to measure the incidence of malaria and indicators of malaria morbidity [CitationRef removed]. Participants enrolled in this study were from the Nagongera sub-county in Tororo District, Uganda and have provided written consent for the use of their samples for research.
