: This study approved by ethics boards at McGill University, the University of Guelph, the University of Alberta, and the University of Washington, as well as Bwindi Community Hospital. All personal identifiers were removed from the dataset before analysis. This research is conducted within the broader IHACC project, in partnership with Makerere University, and in collaboration with Batwa health and development programs in Kampala and in the region. Communities have already consented to ongoing collaboration with the IHACC research project and team.
