: The study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments and with the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences CIOMS guidelines for research in vulnerable populations. It was approved by the Committee on Clinical Research Ethics of Doctor Josep Trueta University Hospital in Girona (Spain) (Code 2014/029). All participants gave signed informed consent and agreed to maintain the confidentiality of everything that was said during the sessions of the health promotion program.
