: The data collection in the SPAs – either as face-to-face or online survey –complied with local government and national guidelines and regulations. In SPA2019, participants provided their written informed consent prior to the survey. In SPA2020 and 2021, participants indicated their approval by clicking the agreement box in the Lime Survey web application.
