The study was deemed low risk and exempt from ethical review by the Medical Ethics Review Committee of the Academic Medical Center of Amsterdam UMC (W19_298 # 19.355). Feedback was also sought from the Tak Community Advisory Board who confirmed a favourable opinion of the study (TCAB201810). Women participating in the study provided written informed consent. In cases where women were illiterate, an impartial witness signed confirming adequate verbal explanation of the study and the participant’s willing consent. Illiterate participants confirmed with a thumb-print.
