: The study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The participants were given information about the study in the invitations sent to their mailbox. In addition to information about the study and the types of collected personal data, they were informed that (1) we responsibly stored, treated and protected their data, (2) their participation was voluntary, and they could withdraw at any time, and (3) they gave their consent upon entering in the questionnaire. The study and its data-management procedures were approved by the Research & Innovation Organization of the University of Southern Denmark.
