Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Human BC samples and adjacent normal tissues were obtained from patients in the First affiliated hospital of Nanjing Medical University. All experiments were approved by the ethics committee of Nanjing Medical University. Female nude mice (BALB/c-null, 6-week-old) were purchased from Shanghai Laboratory Animal Center (Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China), and bred in special pathogen-free (SPF) condition. All studies were approved by the Institutional Committee on Animal Care of Nanjing Medical University.
