Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was conducted in compliance with the ethical principle of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (Reference #: IRBC/614/14) and study was in accordance with the Policy of Research Centre. The aim of this study was explained to all participants. Written consent was obtained from the respondents involved in this research and the study abided by the principle of voluntary participation. Blood was withdrawn by a qualified nurse and subjects were assured that the information given was entirely for scientific purposes and would be kept confidential.
