: Human colon tissues were collected from patients with IBD who underwent surgical resection at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital between 2018 and 2021. The guidelines approved by the Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital Institutional Review Board were followed and written informed consents were obtained from all patients.
