: BG, SD, MP, and PA are all paid staff of Possible, for which they receive a salary and benefits. Their salaried work is related to the work discussed in this paper; however, none of their paid time was devoted to working on this paper specifically. Possible delivers free healthcare in rural Nepal using funds from the Government of Nepal and other 610 public, philanthropic, and private foundation sources.
