: NSCLC tissues were collected from patients who underwent surgical resection at the Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital (Harbin, China). All patients signed consent letters and all manipulation of the tissues was approved by the Ethics Committee of Harbin Medical University. All experiments were performed in accordance with the guidelines of the Harbin Medical University.All animal experiments were carried out in accordance with the National Institutes of Health guide for the care and use of Laboratory animals (NIH Publications No. 8023, revised 1978) and the guidelines of the Harbin Medical University.
