: Skin tissues were drawn from healthy and psoriasis volunteers with informed consent in concordance with the ethical of the Affiliated Hospital of Medical University of Anhui Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number _ Fast_ PJ2017–11–14). All animal procedures were performed under the ethical guidelines of Laboratory Animal Welfare and Ethics Committee Of the Third Military Medical University and according to the recommendations of the Chongqing Experimental Animal Regulation Board (SCXK-PLA-20140011); the approval number is SYXK-PLA-20140031.
