: All animals were raised under SPF-condition and housed in microisolator cages and received food and water ad libitum. All animal studies were carried out in accordance with the recommendations of “the ethical guidelines of the Animal Ethical Committee of First Hospital of Jilin University”. The protocol was approved by the “Animal Ethical Committee of First Hospital of Jilin University” in 2016 (Protocol no.071).
