We confirm that all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the Human Research Ethics Committee at Queensland University of Technology. Prior to COVID-19, parents who agreed to participate returned a signed informed consent form to the principal investigator. For parents with low literacy level informed consent was obtained from a legally authorized representative.
