: For experiments conducted at UC Davis, all experiments involving animals were carried out in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, as adopted and promulgated by the United States National Institutes of Health and as approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the University of California, Davis. For the proteotype analysis experiments conducted at ETH, animals were housed at the ETH Phenomics Center (EPIC) in accordance with Swiss Animal Welfare Ordinance (TSchV).
