: These studies were approved by the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) ethics boards (BH07.001, HD07.002). Fetal (17–21 weeks) brain tissue was obtained after written informed consent (ethical committee of CHU Sainte-Justine, Montreal QC, Canada, CER #2126; University of Washington Birth Defects Research Laboratory Seattle, Washington, USA, STUDY00000380).
