Ethics approval and consent to participate
: We conducted secondary analysis of pre- and post-workshop surveys originally collected for program monitoring purposes. All data collection occurred before a formal study was planned, and this study received retrospective IRB review and approval from the Allendale IRB (#Ipas-07092012). A waiver of informed consent was granted because it was deemed to pose no more than minimal risk, and personal identifying information was not collected. Workshop participants were not required to complete the surveys as a condition of workshop attendance and incentives were not provided for participation in the study.
