Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was granted from the Ethics Committee of Sun Yat-sen University. All children were given the questionnaire packet that included instructions and informed consents by class teachers. Children were then asked to return one signed copy of the informed consent by their mothers. It was explained that participation would be voluntary, and that private information would be protected. Verbal consent was obtained from children, and written informed consent were obtained from children’s mothers. To protect the confidentiality of participants, no names or contact details have been reported in the manuscript.
