Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from Addis Ababa University College of Health Science, Department of Nursing and Midwifery Institutional review board (IRB). Official letter was received from the department of Nursing and Midwifery and submitted to North Shoa Zone Health Office. The office permitted the request and announces each selected kebeles’ administration office for cooperation. The purpose of the study was explained to participants. Informed consent was obtained from participants more than 18 years old and oral consent was obtained from parents under the age of 18. Confidentiality was reserved. Participants’ involvement in the study was on voluntary basis and they didn’t ask to write neither their name nor their address.
