Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was conducted after ethical clearance was obtained from the School of Biomedical and Laboratory Sciences, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, the University of Gondar. Permission was also obtained from the head of North Gondar family guidance association clinic. To ensure confidentiality of participants’ information, anonymous typing was used, whereby the name, identification number, and any other personal identifiers were not extracted during data collection and the data were kept in a confidential manner. As the study used secondary data, informed consent was not sought from study participants.
