: We obtained ethical approval for the study from the institutionalized review board, the University of Gondar (Protocol R.No:-O/V/P/RCS/05/1048/2019;Date:-04 March 2019). An official letter that explains the objectives of the study was written to the respected administration and zonal health office. The zonal administration and the zonal health office successively wrote letters to districts for cooperation, respectively. The objectives and the benefits of the study were explained for the study subjects. Informed written consent was obtained from each participant. On top of that, for the participants who were illiterate, the researcher read the information sheet, checked if they understood, and asked them to fingerprint when they agreed to participate, and this was approved by the ethical committee. The right of the participants to withdraw from the study whenever they wanted to do so was respected. The anonymity and confidentiality of the respondents were ensured. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
