: The study was reviewed and approved by the Infectious Diseases Institute Research Ethics Committee REF# 023/2021 and the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology Ref: HS1837ES. In addition, administrative clearance was obtained from the KCCA Directorate of Public Health & Environment, Ref: DPHE/KCCA/1301. Written informed consent was obtained from adolescents who were 18 years and older and emancipated minors.
