Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was reviewed approved by the Health Canada Research Ethics Board (reference number 2009–0044) and the ethics board at Algoma University. Consent to participate was obtained from all subjects. Each participant completed an ethics board approved informed consent process, and were advised that they could refuse to participate in individual tests, or withdraw from the study at any time, without penalty.
