Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study protocol was reviewed by the Regional ethics committee in Stockholm, which categorised the anonymous EBASE project as a quality assurance control (kvalitetssäkringskontroll) with the decision that ethical approval was not necessary.Participants were provided with study information in an invitation email and in the survey cover sheet. The study information described the purpose of the survey, estimated time of completion, the voluntary and anonymous nature of participation, the right to withdraw from the study at any time without consequence, confidentiality of collected data, and that the reporting of results would be in aggregate form. Participants had to provide anonymous consent by agreeing to a statement outlining the study information before being able to proceed to the survey.
