Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The General Research Council of the Universidad Nacional Intercultural de la Amazonia (UNIA) in Pucallpa approved this project proposal (project No. 051-2015-UNIA-CG). The research permission was obtained from the organization ODECOFROC (Organización de Desarrollo de las Comunidades Fronterizas del Cenepa) through verbal consent. Verbal consents were also obtained from the study participants by performing community meetings, where the study objectives were discussed before beginning the study, and all data were collected through their verbal consents.
