Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Since the participants were not subjected to an intervention or experiment, return of the completed initial questionnaire which contained information about informed consent procedure was considered an informed consent.The study #4099 with title, “Patterns of Infant feeding and child’s health at 6 years of age” was approved by the University of Memphis IRB. Also, this study uses secondary data, data are coded for private identifying information, and 45 CFR 46 does not hold, as we did NOT collect this data for personal research nor, are we collecting any new data.
