Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board of College of Medicine and Health Sciences (IRB/CMHS) at the University of Rwanda (<b>No 307/CMHS IRB/2019)</b>. Permission to conduct the study at IPC which is the branch of (CARAES) Ndera Neuropsychiatric hospital was obtained from the Ethical Committee of that Hospital <b>(N° 007/CNEC/2019).</b> This hospital is the only national and referral hospital for mental diseases in Rwanda. The confidentiality, privacy and voluntariness were respected. Data collection forms were coded and the anonymous method was used for keeping confidential. After data collection, all forms were kept in a locked cupboard and only the principal investigator access to that cupboard.

: Consent for publication was obtained from Ethical Committee of CARAES Ndera Hospital (N° 007/CNEC/2019).
