Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was deemed not to be necessary by the Central Denmark Region Ethic Review Board. Participants were informed about the purpose of the survey and that they could withdraw their participation at any point. They received contact information should they have questions or desire that their data be withdrawn. Following a standard praxis in Denmark, the information provided was written out in the introduction to the questionnaire. Informed consent was received from all participants before they were able to answer the ORIC survey. The data were kept in a password-protected computer and was anonymized before the statistical analysis.
