: Ethics approval for the RUDY Study was given from the South Central Research Ethics committee after review (LREC 14/SC/0126 & RUDY LREC 17/SC/0501), and participants gave informed consent. An application with detailed analysis plan for this project was submitted and approved by the RUDY Data Access Committee in 2018 and later in September of 2019 to include further patient-reported outcome instruments.
