: Samples included in the discovery cohort were obtained from the Karolinska University Hospital Medical Unit Aging Memory clinic in Solna, and are part of the GEDOC database and biobank, which was granted general ethical approval (Dnr 2011/1987-31/4). The ethical approval for the current study was received from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr 2020-06484). Samples included in the validation cohort were obtained from Amsterdam Dementia Biobank and the respective ethical approval was received from the Amsterdam UMC ethical review board (Approval nr: 2017.315). All participants in both cohorts gave written informed consent for sample and data collection.
