: In this study, client-owned dog walked in a water treadmill with sensors attached to the unclipped skin by adhesive tape. The procedure was non-invasive and pain-free, and the owner was present during the trial. Prior to the procedure the owners gave their signed consent for their dog’s participation in the study, but their rights were reserved to stop the procedure at any point, if they found their dog to be stressed or uncomfortable.
