: This study was approved by the ethics committee of the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomalogy of Bamako under registration number N<sup>0</sup> 2020I/217/CE/FMOS/FAPH. Its realization required the authorization of the COVID-19 Scientific Advisory Committee, the Ministry for Social Development, Solidarity, and the Aged for the participation of social development agents, the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs regarding the participation of chief-physicians, and the different associations and organizations whose agents were involved. Before interviews began, participants provided written consent after being allowed to ask all clarification questions they had.
