: The ethical permission to conduct the study was provided by the Institutional Review Board of BRAC James P. Grant School of Public Health (IRB 24 July ’20–035). Verbal consent was sought and recorded from the respondents of Rohingya origin. According to previous experiences, the Rohingya refugees feel suspicious when asked to sign consent forms and avoid doing so. The rest of the participants gave written informed consent. Every participant was informed about the voluntary nature of their participation and that they will be de-identified when their findings are presented to a wider audience.
