: The human samples we used were in accordance with the standards of the Ethics Commiees of Tianjin Medical University (Ethical Approval No. TMUhMEC2014004). Patients approved to contribute to the liver cancer tissues and reaserch study.For the in vivo tumor growth study, 6 mice were used. All studies were performed according to the American Association for the Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care guidelines for humane treatment of animals and adhered to national and international standards. The Ethics Committee of Tianjin Medical University agreed to carry out this research (Ethical Approval No. TMUaMEC2014004).
