Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The use of patient material for the isolation of primary melanoma cells was approved by the ethics committee of the TU-Dresden (EK 65032013) and informed consent was obtained from the patient.For in vivo assays, the approval by the University of Luxembourg’s animal care and ethics committee was obtained (18-MDM-01) and experiments were performed according to applicable laws and regulations.
